Applicants for this project must join Exclusive training program and passed all training processes : selling, team building and management, leadership skill including systematic work during 4 months in order to be a professional and excellent executive and become a role model in life insurance business for next generation.

1. Bachelor / Master Degree in General Management, Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing or related field 2. University graduated are welcome 3. Good personality and enthusiasm 4. Obtain leadership, communication and people skill 5. Ability to work effectively and conscientiously in high pressured environment. 6. Flexible able to cope with constant change & respond positively 7. Good problem-solving capability, and ability to work independently and as a team 8. Plan and organize time to meet deadlines and accomplish goals 9. Able to travel upcountry and oversea.
