Now we are seeking candidates to join us working in our Silom office for the following position:
Customer Service Representative:
• Service customer by telephone, email and face to face
• Response promptly to customers enquiries
• Coordinate with operation team
• Book flight and coordinate with Airline
• Filing and closing file to accounting departing.
• Recognizes customer problem and resolve to customer satisfaction
• Co-ordinate with customers and vendors on daily basis
Qualifications:-
• Male/Female
• Bachelor's Degree. 2-3 years working experience customer service filed is an advantage
• Knowledge of export / import documentation
• Good communication skill, service mind and problem solver
• Good English skill
• Experienced with Air freight or Express Courier service is an advantage
• All candidates must have good communication skill in both written and spoken English and Computer Literacy.
