1. Hight Vocation/Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, Education or related fields 2. 2-3 years experience in call center 3. Good customer service and problem-solving skill, service minded and positive attitude 4. Good personal communication skills 5. Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment 6. Good command in English and computer literate
