- To identify and source for any event related information
- Coordinate with all concerned departments, seniors and vendors to prepare a smooth and efficient
event organization.
- Able to provide on-site support for assigned event and solve any unexpected problems in a professional
way with effective solutions.
- Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/ equipment.
- Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements
and company standards, and resolve any problems.
- Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Able to present a positive image of the organization.
- Provide all related documentation and administrative support for event service functions.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating
and coaching employees.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common
goals.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems,
safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
- Undertake any ad hoc related duties as assigned

1. Age not over 30 years 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field 3. Min 2 years’ experience in hotel sales and event management 4. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills 5. Hands on and multitasking 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 7. Good command of spoken and written English 8. Fair command of MS Office and Hotel program
