ลักษณะงาน - Initiate marketing and referral strategies and ensure successfully execution to build community as a form of consumer engagement
- Expand business network through building sales team and implement relevant sales activities to achieve sales target
- Responsible for E2E process including recruitment of CRs, compensation and any digital platforms empowering CR team and CRs themselves
- Closely monitor sales teams' performances and ensuring of standard services and sales target are met
- Ensure all raised problems being solved by coordinating all related party

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Minimum Vocational study in any field
2. Have direct 3 years' experience in Multi-Level Marketing business, preferably Health and Beauty
3. At least 2 years experienced in insurance business, preferably Life, Health products
4. Strong sales skills with proved record in managing sales team
5. Strong people management and training and development
6. Good communication and problem solving skills
7. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
8. Strategic thinking
9. Hands on and multitasking
