ลักษณะงาน
- Responsible for auditing merchandise at all stores and main warehouse
- Monitor inventory movement within the warehouse and stores to ensure product is tracked and
accounted for accurately.
- Perform inventory physical counts on regular basis e.g .weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Reconcile inventory counts to book balance and take corrective action as required.
- Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and follows all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports that are concise and understandable, which allow operations to accurately
identify and implement corrective action.
- Review audit results and identify the severity of audit findings or the process risk associated with the
findings to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken to eliminate the non-conformance.
- Validate the final outcome of the audit.
- Utilized computer programs to carefully track inventory on hand and inventory needs.
- Making sure merchandise was not damaged.

1. Male aged not over 30 years old with Bachelor’s Degree in logistics and supply chain or related field 2. Min 2 years experienced in inventory control system implementation and monitoring preferably in Retail business which has more than 20 physical stock locations 3. Good understanding of inventory control policy and procedures, Good interpersonal skill 4. Able to anticipate inventory needs and submit orders, Able to work in flexible hours if necessary 5. Ability in quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations 6. Strong analytical/quantitative skills. 7. Highly self-motivated individual and able to work independently 8. Intelligent, clear, and logical thinker. 9. Fair command of English in both speaking and writing
Inventory Auditor is responsible for auditing stocks at stores and warehouse to ensure the correct quantity and products are being shipped to stores. Auditors assist in maintaining an acceptable error rate on orders shipped according to guidelines.
