ลักษณะงาน
• Develop core insurance system software to achieve target as project planning.
• Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermine timelines and budgets.
• Manage IT development project from initial to closure.
• Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter, scope, goals, deliverable, resources, budget and timing.
• Provide project schedule and work breakdown structure and effort required for each task.
• Resolve any issue and solve problem throughout project management life cycle.
• Track and report on project milestone and report to project sponsor.
• Lead coach and motivate project team member in proactive basis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Age 35-45 years. 2. Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 3. 5-10 years of varied overall IT and business/industry work experience. 4. 5 years or more experience in running large scale projects. Projects that included connectivity, server, storage and data center operations are a plus. 5. Experience/Knowledge in the following is a plus. 6. Experience with Insurance business. 7. Data Centre infrastructure. 8. Experienced in change management processes. 9. Conceptual IT Knowledge, Service Oriented Architecture, Business Rule Management System, Data Base Management System.

Other qualifications:
• Experience with RFP execution, vendor selection.
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) in English.
• Strong project management skills and able to apply both business and technical insights to the project assignment.
• Provide project schedule and work breakdown structure and effort required for each task.
• Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate simplify complex technical information for non-technical people.
• Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter, scope, goals, deliverable, resources, budget and timing.
