- To complete the daily mise en place for the section to the level required within the given time.
- To be able to offer guest assistance if required.
- To provide a basic level of product and food knowledge to be able to explain to the guest in case it is required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. To be able to communicate English.
2. Demonstrate basic knife skill.
3. Show understanding of HACCP practices and dedication in working hygienically with food
