ลักษณะงาน You are very hands-on and a jack of all trades: 50% marketing 50% technology 50% analytics and 50% experimentation.  Ensure of consistent and high valuable experience of customers’ journey of all customer-facing product development of www.easysunday.com across web and mobile  Be responsible for the product roadmap and you make sure it is aligned with business objectives for both web and mobile.  Lead product requirements, products or platforms development, and end-to-end process monitoring.  Design customer journeys, system workflow to support business processes or new requirements.  Study new features, business models, and technology to improve or add more values to the platform or the digital product.  Create, prioritize and maintain feature lists and user stories in the products (services) backlog.  Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security, and system requirements.  Oversee performance of the platform and ensure results meet target e.g. adoption, platform availability, performance, and cost.  Work closely with key stakeholders and business users to understand the market, customer and current usage and business in order to make sound decisions.  Work with all related parties to find the solution, develop or implement in order to deliver the new feature or new solution on the committed timeline, manage risks and communicate to all stakeholders.  Gather relevant requirements from business users and be a focal contact point and decision maker of the products.  Provide guideline, input and platform knowledge to the teams.  Project management, documentation and budget management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. 6+ years of Product Experience with high traffic (50,000+ visitors per day), preferably E-commerce sites.
2. Experience with managing and coaching teams of product managers/product owners
3. Strong technical understanding
4. Experience with leading product departments (vision and KPIs/objectives setting, ideation and implementation process, team alignment with business goals)
5. Experience with guiding the creation process of native apps, mobile solutions and 1 social channel
6. Very experienced with experimentation using, for example, A/B-testing focused on improving conversion and retention.
7. Experience with stakeholder management (finance, budgeting, team management, recruitment, external customers)
8. Logical thinking, Open-minded, Rationalization with Data driven. Make decisions based on Fact
9. Hands-on, multi-tasking with problem solving skills
