ลักษณะงาน - Review online content marketing on community web
- Have full understanding on social media, research and marketing tools and able to run in depth analysis to understand issue and provide recommended actions and solutions
- Ensure operation performance based on SLA and standard KPI
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Delivers "just--in--time" training and “ad-hoc script” to resolve issues
- Ability in managing investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions, to understand the root cause(s), especially in severe and big impact or crisis where the content is ambiguous, or the decision has an outsized

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. ทุกเพศ อายุตั้งแต่ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
4. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์งานด้าน content review, Social media หรือ IT screening จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยตนเองได้
6. สามารถพูดอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง
7. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
