ลักษณะงาน Provide various types of Core Systems Support posted in SERVICE DESK Ticketing System
 Complete routine Core Systems Reporting Tasks as per scheduled timeline
 Collaborate with other teams for developing solutions and/or troubleshooting
 Identify, co-investigate, log, and fix any bugs/issues reported
 Develop user/system manuals as required
 Assist and participate in various kind of IT Application Tests, and User Acceptance Tests
 Provide technical trainings to users
 Complete the tasks as per assigned by direct supervisor

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related fields
2. Having at least 3+ years of work experience in IT field
3. Having strong knowledge and skills in SQL commands is a must
4. Having a background in supporting Core Insurance System is a must
