Provide various types of Core Systems Support posted in SERVICE DESK Ticketing System
Complete routine Core Systems Reporting Tasks as per scheduled timeline
Collaborate with other teams for developing solutions and/or troubleshooting
Identify, co-investigate, log, and fix any bugs/issues reported
Develop user/system manuals as required
Assist and participate in various kind of IT Application Tests, and User Acceptance Tests
Provide technical trainings to users
Complete the tasks as per assigned by direct supervisor

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related fields 2. Having at least 3+ years of work experience in IT field 3. Having strong knowledge and skills in SQL commands is a must 4. Having a background in supporting Core Insurance System is a must
