• Minimum 3-5 years of cleaning service
• To ensure each equipment on site functioning well a maintenance programmer is followed up as schedule set.
• Holds monthly meeting with customers at management level or representatives to ensure customer is satisfied with services provided.
• Holds formal monthly meeting with supervisors on site to transfer customer messages or complaints and assign them to follow up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Good command of English
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all client interactions
• Provide superior customer service
• Can work at Rayong province
