- Plan, organize and coordinate administrative procedures, system and multitasks.
- Supervise the day-to-day task assignment and performance for all associates.
- Plan and prepare work schedule and coordinate daily assignment and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage schedule and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budget.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
- Work in partnership with other management team member to carry out tasks.
- Provide documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the business.
- Perform secretarial work and administration for variety of administrative and clerical duties.

1. Male/Female age 28 – 35 years. 2. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or related field. 3. Experience in Administrative or relate 3 years. 4. Good in English both writing and speaking. 5. Excellent oral, written communication and organization skills. 6. Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment. 7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. 8. Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decision. 9. Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and leadership skills.
