Recruitment
• Handle all process of recruitment (recruiting, screening, interviewing, selection process and sourcing plan)
Training and Development
• Manage employee training programs both internal and external which meet the needs of employee and company’s training plan, manuals, workflow charts and KPI.
• Plan and develop employee relations and enhance company culture.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
• Implement and Control compensation and benefits, annual performance evaluations.
• Provide Job Evaluation and Compensation Survey to Competition in the market.
• Monitoring and control, salaries and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with payroll Outsourcing.
Policy and Planning
• Review and manage company policies and employee contracts.
• Maintain organization structure by updating organization chart, job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Others
• Other assigned by MD.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. • Age between 35-45 years old 2. • Bachelor's or Master degree in Political Science, Liberals Arts or another related field. 3. • General knowledge of employment laws and practices. 4. • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HRM Mand HRD. (Strong in training and recruiting is a must) 5. • Able to coordinate with other function and work well under pressure. 6. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. • Experience in built-up training Centre would be advantages. 8. • Good command of English skill and presentation skills
