1. Assistance in general support fo all Sales & Marketing job functions
2. General assistance and coordination of local and export sales
3. Order management sugar and boutique items with production and follow through until delivery
4. Order management for imports from Germany, via dry and cool containers
5. Stock management - keep weekly update track of physical stock. Issue weekly stock weekly list of customers. Issue quotations for export and local sales, follow through until delivery
5. Filling of quotations, customer orders and internal orders
6. Issuing sample requests and follow through until delivery to sales or customer
7. Checking online order systems of retail customers. Planning of stock and booking delivery slots.
8. Arrangement of local sales deliveries in accordance with delivery department
9. Keeping customer database up to date and handle mailings and promotions via e-mail
10. Planning and facilitating lacal and foreign fairs and exhibitions
11. Marketing research on new products, new customers
12. Analysis of sales data
13. Planning of sales actions and staff sales
14. Management of items developed for local sales, filing and keeping updated
15. Continuous management of online exposure of Guenthart Facebook, Pinterest, AliBaba etc.
16. Creating and managing sales flyers, mailings, for local and export
17. Close follow up with accounting and update of FDA applications and approvals to S/M
18. Modern trade follow up customer and product selling by season
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Female age 25-30 years. 2. Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher. 3. Experience 3 - 5 years 4. English as well.
