Job Description: Must have previous experience in the hotel field and reservation department. The position will entail answering telephone inquiries in a professional manner. Tasks will include booking and processing guest reservation for individuals, groups, travel agent and corporate accounts. Must be willing to utilize sales techniques to accommodate guest request while performing to the high standards of quality within The Dewa Koh Chang, Ramayana Koh Chang Resort and Awa Resort Koh Chang.

1. Answering telephones and greeting potential guests and clients in a friendly manner. 2. Must be able to field and distribute calls and promptly provide accurate property information regarding room rates, room types, availability and cross-selling information relative to our sister properties. 3. Must be willing to upsell rooms where possible in order to increase average daily rate while adhering to the established procedures and protocol of the hotel. 4. Willingness to work independently or within a reservations and sales team, maintain strong organizational skills, and utilize sales and marketing techniques. 5. Must detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Applicant must be competent and capable of managing a team and computer skills, typing ability and previous experience a must. 7. Good understanding and knowledge with online travel agent business and room management skill is a must. 8. Applicants must be able to read, write and speak clear, coherent English. 9. Minimum of 3 years’ experience required and age between 25-30 years
