INTEQC Group is currently looking for experienced Automation/ Control Engineer to join our Technology Innovation Engineering (TIC) Department.
About the role:
Under the supervision of the Automation Lead, Automation Engineer is responsible for providing technical support in the field of automation. Supports Automation Lead and Automation Engineer in investigations, finding the resolution of automation problems and in the implementation of Automation Change Control in compliance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Description:
1.Collaborate with system team to work on data transfer from equipment layer to Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Data Acquisition Systems layer
2.Review being performed and looks for continuous improvements opportunities
3.User support for their request related to existing manufacturing system
4.Troubleshooting for any program or system issue related to Machine/ PLC/ SCADA/HMI interfacing
5.Develops and updates Automation packages, and conducts Automation training
6.Support for deviation improvement framework within Automation and work with Leads to identify and improvements
7.Responsible for all new machine/manufacturing equipment installation and commissioning
8.Co-ordinate with subcontractor & consultants on the technical requirements; attend technical discussions
9.Brainstorm and apply any new technology that create value
10.Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support
11.Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Control, Instrument Engineer) with preferably more than 3 years of experience in software development in the automation industry for Engineer level 2. Diploma in any Engineering fields with minimum 5 years of automation design experience in manufacturing industry 3. Knowledge of electrical wire connection, sensor installation, pneumatic components selection and installation 4. Be able to read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics diagram 5. Enthusiastic and flexible 6. Strong initiative and willing to learn attitude 7. Good problem-solving and data analysis skills 8. Team player, confident and pro-active 9. Creative and out of box thinking

1.Must have proven experience in Drive and PLC logic programming with any of the following PLCs, SCADA: SIEMENS, Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi etc
2.Strong diagnostic, analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Drive or PLC, control system fault
3.Must be able to create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation, testing and start-up
4.Knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation or similar field
5.Ability to work independently and collaboratively
6.Ability to think ahead and plan over for next 3-6 months Competencies
