ลักษณะงาน
- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy and services for full cycle talent acquisition such as sourcing, screening, selecting and offering.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies in sourcing designed to attract key talent through all media channels.
- Handle full life cycle recruiting and sourcing with the objective to meet headcount goals and implement recruitment strategies for aligned business units.
- Perform a variety of professional and administrative functions in support of full life cycle recruiting, maintain excellent relations with candidates, hiring managers and the community at large.
- To organize and coordinate the recruitment and selection procedure, in cooperation with the recruiter, in order to consistently and efficiently attract and select the right people such as prescreen and interview candidates, utilizing behavioral based interviewing methodologies.
- To administrate recruitment data and regularly report to line management in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the recruitment operations
- Develop project plans and monitor progress of HRIS initiatives, identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to process which improve the delivery of HRIS services to the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any related disciplines. 2. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment function. 3. Good command of written and spoken English also excellent Thai proficiency. 4. Good judgment, well organized, systematic and communications skills. 5. Able to work with deadline and under time pressure. 6. Analytical ability problem solving skills. 7. Demonstrated knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing qualifying, networking, assessing, employment law, wage and salary trends and relationship management. 8. management. Experience in a search firm or staffing agency, or an organization where human resources is strategically aligned to the core business is preferred.
