ลักษณะงาน
• Consolidate project and/or team progress, develop status report and conduct status update, including issue log and risk log
• Change Request Management - manage all CRs and SRs, track and follow-up for progress, and conduct status update
• Defect and Problem Management - manage all production defects and problem tickets, track and follow-up for progress, and conduct status update
• Change and Release Management - plan and confirm for change deployment & release, act as change requester for change item
• Team Management - arrange and conduct weekly team update, track team activity log, conduct the review of resource capacity plan and actual timesheet
• Arrange and facilitate meetings. Develop minutes of meetings
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science or IT related field 2. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as developers, tester, or change implementer 4. Positive attitude, energetic, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines 5. Experiences in Defect Managmenet, Problem Managemnet, and Change Managmenet is an advantage 6. Background in banking and financial services business is an advantage
