1. Provide RF Design (New) - Antenna, RRU, BBU
2. Propose New or Swap Equipments List (Antenna, RRU, BBU)
3. Discuss and coordinate RF Solutions with Sub-Contractor for site solutions
4. Plan CGI, PSC, PCI, RSN
5. Prepare Site database 3G/4G NodeB,Cells and neighbors for script generation
6. Prepare site information to request license
7. Requst IP for new NodeB from transmission
8. Submit RFC for implementation
9. Verify TSSR before Installation, and confirm installation design/Layout
10. Verify parameter baseline consistency after ON AIR
11. Verify drivetest after ON AIR to confirm sectorization (no swap sector)
12. Verify OSS KPIs after ON AIR to pass criteria
13. Verify TSSR after Installation, and confirm installation design
14. Create new cells/sites/system as design to Plannar system (all inventory, Antenna, RRU,BBU)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai nationality 2. Male or Female 3. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or relevant field. 4. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry 5. Demonstrated ability to organize own work and those of others. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multi-functional teams. 7. Experience in roles that demonstrate technical leadership and application of configuration engineering skills, with a track record of delivery. 8. Demonstrates understanding of the Radio Technology. 9. Confident and effective dealing with Customers and End Users
