- To ensure of accurate customs declaration in line with Thai Customs and Regulations
- To daily monitor and perform most accurate customs formalities also about Thai Customs accurate Tariffs and HS Codes to customer or sales team
- Handling daily import-export documents of customs formalities and determining tariffs (in tax-free zone)
-Closely working and coordinating with superiors to conduct of company’s customs clearance procedure and policy
- Ensure smooth handling, and shipment documentation and processing to be completed on time.
In addition, he/she shall assist Assistant product Manager to overview & manage import and export process, accuracy of inventory control and good collaboration with concerned authorities, namely Food and Drug Administration, Department of Livestock Development, Ministry of Commerce, Airport Authority of Thailand, Customs and other concerned parties (shipping agencies). The main objectives are to have smooth handling of shipment clearance process to meet with customer’s expectation and satisfaction, and to secure customers’ stock stored inside the proper facility in order to meet the quality standard.
- Interacting with contractors, shipping agencies, warehouse operations staff, transportation agencies and other related parties to appropriately discuss and negotiate harmonize codes, tariff tax, customs rules and formalities
-Monitoring and controlling in-house customs clearance services and other logistical services to achieve growth and profit objectives
-Ensuring that team assignment and operational procedures effectively comply with the customs department’s regulations and meeting the customer’s requirements
-Negotiating effectively clearance procedures upon crucial issues
- Communication with customs department, customer and internal staff

1. -- Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old, Thai Nationality 2. -Bachelor Degree or higher in related field 3. -Experience at least 5-10 years in logistics and transportation brokerage 4. -Need customs specialist license 5. Working hours : Mon - Fri 08.15 - 17.00 pm. 6. -Prefer experience in logistics company 7. -Business type : Lgistics & Transportation Provider (Brokerage) 8. - Holding Customs Specialist Certificate issued by Thai Customs skills / professional experience 9. - Operational experience in the field of Airfreight Import customs clerance
