Lead, consolidate, analyze and turn production data into information which affecting business decisions
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
Locate and define new data collection, analysis and process improvement opportunities
Support onePSS activities
Support cost saving projects
Center of supporting projects to field production such as drone pollination, whether forecast etc
Support field data team for any activity that support Field Production Team
Support, follow and participates ESH policies.
Support data into budget exercise to meet the target with Field Production crew.

1. Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or any related field 2. At least 0 - 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst 3. Experience in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, and write comprehensive reports 5. Demonstration of being lean and fast with collaborate and connect skill
