ลักษณะงาน
- Handle recruitment process including; searching, preliminary screening candidates and arrange an interview session with all related line managers.
- Administrating of employee's welfare including Social Security, Health & Life Insurance, and others.
- Dealing with HR Services in the system such as Hiring new staff, Employee Contract, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and other.
- Coordination with HRD to develop training course.
- Designing Employee Activities to support Employee Engagement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male or Female, age between 25 - 35 years old. 2. Bachelor or Master Degree of Human Resource, Public Administration, Political Science or related field. 3. Having 3-5 years of experience in HRM, HRD, Labour Relation and Wage management. 4. Good planning and analytical skills. 5. Ability to work multiple issues simultaneously. 6. Excellent communication skills and strong customer service relations. 7. Strong computer skills especially relating to MS Office. 8. Have the ability to drive a car.
