Responsibilities
• Data management: maintain, update, and filing
• Time attendance
• Coordinate for the recruitment process
• New hires orientation arrangement:
• Internal Communication
• Employee engagement; activities
• Coordinator with government departments, mails, and messenger service.
• Manage office supplies, department payment maid, driver, maintenance routines and repairs.
• Contract negotiation.
Requirements:
• 1 year HR and admin experience
• Good in English communication
• Graduated High Vocational or above.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task skills
• Service Mind, Attention to details oriented and good coordinator.
• Experienced of contact government departments are a MUST.
• Have high patience in dealing with government’s offices.
Salary range is 18k to 30k

Salary range
Working time: 8:00am to 17:30pm (lunch break 1.5hours)
• Monday- Friday and Sat 08.00 am -12.00 pm (Working day 5.5 Days per week)
• 15 Days public holiday
