ลักษณะงาน The Assistant Maintenance Manager is required to manage the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all necessary building systems, facilities, equipment, and toxic materials with a team of 20 technical and non-technical staff. The duties include the following functions:

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and installation of all building systems including electrical, air conditioning, sanitary, telephone, digital control and sound systems throughout the Club.
• Oversee all aspects of energy consumption and conservation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, contract administration, preparation of scope of work and technical specifications, budgeting, scheduling, cost controlling, and tendering process.
• Review work submitted by outside agencies/contractors to ensure accuracy and proper design layout
• Ensure that the Club fully complies with all government regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years experience of maintenance management from hospitality industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks .
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Good command of English.
