Job Description
- Manage Platform Developer & Programmer Team
- Analysis, design and develop the application based on user requirements or job.
- Develop high-quality software by producing clean, efficient code to address business
requirements.
- Ensure functionality, security, and performance of the software system.
- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to
code level
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to fix and improve software.
- Working closely with Project Manager and Business Analyst to produce accurate delivery
estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
- Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning
- Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones
ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues
and risk log and any subsequent reporting.
- Provide regular and effective progress updates and work closely with Project Manager to
ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects
from design through to release
- Lead and mentor a talented team of software developers, fostering collaboration and
innovation within the team.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri from 09:00 - 18:00 hrs.
Work Location: Soi Rung Rueang, Samsen Nok, Huai Khwang, Bangkok

1. Requirement - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - At least 7 years of experience in Full stack development and design of intuitive and attractive user interfaces - Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches. - Experience in ** Front-End: Angular Type Script and/or react and/or Vue ** Back-End: C# .Net Core, NodeJS (Golang is plus) ** Database: SQL and NoSQL (eg. MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) ** Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) ** usage of UML, Data flow diagram ** DevOps pipeline is a plus. - Strong in design, analysis and troubleshooting of software solutions based on Web technologies. - Proficient in using version control systems, specifically Git, for managing code repositories and collaboration. - Understanding of quality control processes such as unit testing and code reviews. - Well know the software development life cycle - Able to learn new technologies or new programming languages. - Knowledge in Cloud-based Services (AWS/Azure) - Experience in architecture is a plus. - Leadership/Forward-thinking mindset. - Good command of written and spoken English.
