Job Description
- Oversee and manage quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Implement and maintain automotive quality management systems, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, and CQI.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure continuous improvement in processes.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
