ลักษณะงาน
- Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions.)
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
- Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, CVGR Letter).
- Coordinates necessary arrangements with vendors relating to sales.
- Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications. Design, upload, extract and maintain customer databases. File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Good communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

1. - Minimum education of Bachelor 1. degree in Hotel & Tourisms Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline. 2. - Minimum 1-3 years experienced in sales support, sales administration, Sales Coordinator in hotel business or related experience. 3. - Possess good market knowledge 4. - Result Oriented. Polished personal presentation with warm, Confident and hospitable personality. 5. - Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel. 6. - Possess professional with excellent communication and interpersonal 7. - Strive for result (Success oriented, Data finder, Initiate/pro-active) 8. - Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations 9. - Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
