3. Working Relationship:
• SCADA Engineer.
• The Operation and Maintenance Department’s staff
4. Roles / Job Purpose:
• Maintenance of the facilities in compliance with the company procedures and safety instructions, mainly in the electrical field.
• Outsourced maintenance follows up.
5. Key responsibilities shall be :
• Correct maintenance of the SCADA and Instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading the equipment on the whole scheme through inspections, surveys, works, and reports.
• Carries out inspections or works, mostly on shutdown equipment, in his fields. Before taking action, he prepares his work in order to optimize quality and duration, and his safety.
• Keep comprehensive records of all inspections, checking in compliance with the O&M procedures and instructions.
• Carries out dismantling and reassembly on his equipment for cleaning, repairing. Hereafter, he makes comprehensive reports of the works.
• Follow up outsourced maintenance, also, according to a definite scope of checking about work quality and safety scopes.
• Sometimes, he could also have to work in electrical or mechanical fields according to his skills, if required.
