Job Description
-Set up and develop plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about IT solution and application, including annual budget and operating cost to align with organizations policies, security and objectives
-Initiate and propose guidelines and development plans in new Information Technology processes to support business needs
-IT Asset Control
-Work with the management team to provide implementation plans for future strategic. requirements and assist in long-term decision and planning
-Able to multi-task and prioritize workload supporting multiple projects
-Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 2. 7 to 10 years of relevant IT experience that shows consistent progression, and at least 5 years hands-on technology and team leadership experience 3. Understand software and application development and management 4. Knowledge of programming language 5. Good knowledge of database design and data analysis 6. Good knowledge of network and server systems including Kubernetes clouds platform 7. Strong project management skills 8. Strong leadership, people-management, and culture-enablement capabilities that ultimately strengthens the organization 9. Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills
