Job Description
- Identify and develop new customers within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding and interpreting their technical and commercial requirements.
- Present and propose suitable products or solutions that best meet customer needs in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in alignment with company policies.
- Provide after-sales support and technical assistance as required.
- Coordinate sales projects and work closely with internal teams.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields.
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or industrial field sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and passionate about technology-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Japanese or others) is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a personal car.
