3. Able to manage all housekeeping related matters of the hotel
4. To establish and implement all housekeeping related policies
5. To control work schedules
6. Can communicate reasonably well in spoken and written English with management and guests
7. Excellent cooperation with other departments such as Front Office and Maintenance
8. Good team spirit
