ลักษณะงาน
- Undertake pre-/post-sales service tasks such as installation, testing, calibration, commissioning, maintenance service to customer, on call service to customer and support
- Ensure customer satisfaction (internal/external)
- Provide efficient technical problem solving to on call and maintenance contract customer
- Equipment hardware and software fault clearance/ fault report
- Cost control for assigned area
- Product / service presentation to customer if necessary
- Manage of all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, creating failure reports
- Responsible for on site service for electrical power distribution equipment
- Test protection relay ACB, VCB and on site leader
- Support sale for site survey in order to estimate materials and man power
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical service
3. Good experience in test protection relay ACB, VCB
4. Strong analytic thinking, team player and learning skills
5. Good of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
