ลักษณะงาน
● Manage the production schedule for feature development and content releases
● Assign, coordinate, and track development tasks of Engineering, QA, and Art across multiple sites
● Facilitate communications across product management, Art, and technical team members which may be located in different offices in different timezones
● Ensure project management and development best practices are followed by the team
● Identify production challenges in advance and drive creative solutions to resolve issues and manage risk
● Remain proactive to ensure project pipeline meets aggressive production deadlines
● Convert high-level product requirements into more actionable tasks
● Analyze the analytical data to understand product behaviors and performance
● Provide regular updates on production status to team leadership
● Provide input on process and operational improvements
● Other production duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration/ Computer Science or similar required
2. 2+ years of online publishing production experience preferred
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines for multiple projects and departments
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
6. Experience with Agile SCRUM Development processes
