Ensure the the voice call file is completed as OIC rule and company regulation both Non-life insurance and Life insurance.
Design proper process with rely internal control.
Solve problem day to day operation.
Develope the procedures of company.
Analyze the monthly with the related unit.
Coordinate both external and internal to completed as company required.
Update and circulate new regulation and law to all staffs.
Review the content of material for training.
Prepare annual budgeting and business plan.
Coordinate with other department for solving any problems that effect to QC function matter.
Do any task which assign by supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's degree in any or related fields.
2. Age 35 years old and up.
3. At least 5-10 years working experience in QA/QC for telesales or related fields.
4. Effective communication in English both speaking and writing.
5. Ability to perform multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines requires.
