IT Customer Service Manager

ลักษณะงาน 1. Learn new digital technology and case studies to catch up the new technology trends and new emerging business models.
2. Coordinate with the technology vendors/partners to perform the technology, software and platform selection, run the technology proof of concept (POC) to ensure the workable solution is selected.
3. Develop project plan, manage and run the projects using the leading project management practices.
4. Coordinate and lead all related design works e.g. Infrastructure design, APIs design, Application framework and Application design, etc.
5. Manage multiple projects concurrently across locations in Thailand and overseas.
6. Manage project team(s) and complex IT environment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/ Engineering/Information Technology/ Mathematics discipline or related fields.
 2. 5+ years of experiences in managing automation/POS application technology.
 3. Understand typical project management tasks & processes, roles & responsibilities.
 4. Possess strong project management skills to manage cross-functional team and multi-business partners.
 5. Have experiences in Agile project management approach and related software tools.
 6. Strong problem-solving skills to handling complex requirements, project complexity and business requirements changes as well as resources issues in project life-cycle.
 7. Dedicate to drive the project to achieve timeline and target.
 8. Strong collaboration skills, communication skills, and people skills.Good English communication skills.
 9. Knowledge of MS SQL.(Knowledge of Linux operating system and Knowledge of C programming language is a plus.
