ลักษณะงาน
- Check MBL & HBL and confirm with agent at origin (POL)
- จัดทำ/คีย์ใบขนฯ ขาเข้า (Paperless)
- ติดต่อลูกค้า สายเรือ และ ชิปปิ้งเพื่อ SUBMIT/ENTER ให้สายเรือ
- ตาม AMEND จากลูกค้าแล้วส่งให้สายเรือ หรือ co-loader ให้ทันเวลา
- แจ้งอัพเดทเรือเข้า ส่งค่าใช้จ่ายให้ลูกค้า ตั้งเบิกไปจ่ายสายเรือเพื่อรับดีโอ
- ปิดเอกสารชุดชิปปิ้ง และตั้งเบิกให้บัญชี
- ปล่อยดีโอให้ลูกค้า และ ชิปปิ้ง
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age 23-38 years
2. Service-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
4. Good command of spoken and written english
5. Minimum experience of 2-3 years in the role of supervisor/assistant manager operation
6. Computer literacy (MS. Office), E-mail
7. Ability to work independently under pressure
