ลักษณะงาน
• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks (Installation, Commissioning, Training, Maintenance and Service for Machineries supplied.
• Handling our Country Dealer Service Team, Train and Monitor them. Complete Training will be given on Products at our India Factory.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Minimums 2 years’ experience especially in Construction Equipment/ Earth Moving Equipment Industry, preferably in Service/ Technical
2. Able to travel to Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore.
3. Good English communication with reading and speaking
4. Good Communication and coordination skill
5. Pro-active and eager to learn a new knowledge for improve work ability
