• Produces and manages one or more teams in order to ensure the production of the workshop in performance terms, quality, cost, safety and time required by the production plan. He or she has a major role in the organization of work and contributes to the profitability of the workshop.
• Lead and manage his or her team (s).
• Organize and track the workshop activity.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness and quality.
• Manage facility, Jig and tool.
• Control and manage the delivery date by production planning.
• Supervise team members in their ordering duties and export coordination.
• Perform inventory management for timely delivery and minimizing cost.
• Recommend process improvement of production line for high quality and cost
• Outgoing/incoming include NG parts cooperate with quality.
