ลักษณะงาน
-Responsible for manpower/resource planning, training and development of staff. Direct and instruct subordinates to improve their competency and performances to comply with the qualified level of ISO 17025 standard.
- Ensure both working method and competencies of all staff meet requirements of main Quality standards (ISO 17025 and all)
- Ensure equipment is properly and safely used, calibrated and well maintained. Maintain the highest levels of discipline in terms of efficiency, cost effectiveness and neatness.
- Control the effectiveness and efficiency of staffs, equipment and workflow system.
- Develop and implement new testing methods which result in working efficiently under limited resources (possibly indirect , rapid/simpler method).
- Support cross functional work to elevate the manufacturing standard level to meet the company’s target.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s Degree or upper in Science ( Food/ Biology/ Chemistry/ Microbiology/ other Sciences)
2. Experience from ISO 17025 Laboratory
3. Experienced from Food, Feed, Chemical or any Consumer products manufacturing company.
4. Self-motivated individuals who are results orientated with conceptual thinking in works (for Trouble shooting, planning and improving mistake proof system in own works with proven results )
5. Fast learner with good analytical skill and management abilities.
6. Leader’s personalities with Analytical thinking.
7. Fair to Good command of English both spoken & written, computer literacy.
