*Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
*Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
*Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business requirements
*Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
*Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, IT or other related fields
2. Minimum 2 Years experience in Application Support
3. Have basic SQL skill
4. Havce basic IT skill (Windows, MS-Office)
5. Have Software development skill; Java, .Net
6. Experience in basic Windows, Unix OS, Oracle SQL
7. Experience in Websphere App Server will be advantage
