คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
2. At least 5 years of work experience in IC assembly background preferably in Mold process
3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills exhibited in novel process and equipment development
4. High level of attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
5. Good command of spoken and written English
