Customer Relation Officer

ลักษณะงาน Welcome Call + Itinerary Briefing
• Contact guests once they check-in at the hotel or next day incase late night arrival
• Brief them on the itinerary and take their local number / WhatsApp number
• Brief the pick-up timings of all SIC & private tours and transfers
• Follow-up in the evening / next day via WhatsApp about their feedback on the services
• Remind the guest every day for the next day excursion via WhatsApp or call
Follow-up Call
• Check with the guest regarding their experience after excursions
• Call them on the 3rd day to check how is everything and if any assistance requires
Departure Call
• Re-confirm the departure time one day prior to departure and welcome a feedback from each guest
• Re-confirm the flight details and departure transfer pick-up timing
On Ground Assistance
• Resolve any on ground challenges
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Bachelor degree in any field with minimum 2 years of experience in tourism industry
 2. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
 3. Very positive work attitude
 4. Excellent written & oral communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
 5. Must have experience working in positions serving a high pedigree of customer
 6. Experience with creatively and swiftly handling multiple requests, while maintaining composure and professionalism
 7. Ability to communicate and perform good interpersonal relationship
 8. Strong leadership and able to work in a team to achieve goals
 9. Have a passion and a strong desire to achieve goals
