หน้าที่การทำงาน
1. รับสายจากลูกค้าเพื่อแนะนำ,ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหา
2. การติดต่อกับลูกค้าจะมี 2 ช่องทางคือ โทรศัพท์และอีเมล์
3. บันทึกข้อมูลการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าเข้าระบบ
4. สร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า

Customer service (English)
Responsibility
1. Inbound calling with customer to provide the information and including answers the questions about the product and service of company
2. Manage and solve problems for customers through various channels of company such as email and hotline number.
3. Update information about customer and report problems that customers encounter.

5. มีใจรักงานบริการ
6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
7. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
