ลักษณะงาน
1. Execute and monitor risk analysis and action plan in Open field condition related to the problem that may occur.
2. Execute field inspection covering all veggie crops and comply with field quality standard and align with Plant Quarantine Team for Phytosanitary Certification.
3. Execute FSS and CSP training program to production team and implement audit program to improve quality.
4. Genetic Purity field inspections and submitting suspect samples for testing to ensure parental line and commercial product uniformity and purity.
5. Participate in genetic data analysis with Quality Support Centre before or during Production Area Analysis.
6. Support ERT Team on investigating the root cause when the critical diseases are found, and report to FQA supervisor.
7. TZ test to support harvesting index in pepper and tomato
8. Execute appropriate audits and program reviews to assess compliance with internal and external requirements. Support compliance to Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) and Health Safety and Environmental standard for all Veg functions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor or Master’s degree or higher in Horticulture, or other related.
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in a seed production/seed industry setting
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
4. Result oriented & Self motivated
5. Valid driving License and good driving skill.
6. Ability to walk fields in all weather and able to work upcountry.
