-Provide order & forcast to supplier
-Delivery control for Import shipment
-Issue and send shipping document
-Issue Debit Note for any Charges
-Manage and Filing documents
-Support Kaizen activity and performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
-Always strictly comply with Company's management systems and regulations.
Requirement
-Female gender
-Age 25-30 years old
-Bachelor 's degree or higher in related fields
-Experience in Import/Export jobs or jobs related will be advantage
-Good command of spoken and written Japanese and English
-Computer proficiency in MS office and e-mail communication.
-Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
-Able to work well as Teamwork
-Enthusiastic and hard working
