Job Description
• Handle customer inquiries from incoming call, chat and other channels
• Prepare sales document e.g., quotation, order confirmation, and Tax invoice
• Coordinate with sales in the office and customer to support the sales

Requirement
-Education : Bachelor's degree
-Major : Any faculty and field of study
-Experience : Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Service-minded
-Good English communication skills (or a minimum TOEIC score of 650)
-Good command of Chinese HSK 5 and above (To communicate with customer)
-Good command in English for internal coordination document and email task
