Job Description
• To provide Sales team with timely and accurate administrative work including but not limited to technology and financial input
• To monitor and answer incoming calls/emails and follow up where required. In the absence of team members, open, sort and distribute incoming calls and emails on their behalf
• Assist team in planning. coordinating and executing of promotional function and activities
• Extract standard marketing/sales report from management system as required.
• Maintain an update database with client details and keep track of sales record
• Conduct research as required
• Actively participate in sales meeting, reporting
• Carry out roles and responsibility with integrity and confidentiality with sound business mind and common sense
• To conduct other assignments according to supervisor or sales manager

1. Requirement • Female gender, age 25 – 35 years • Bachelor degree in logistics or any related field • At least 1 year of experiences in sales support in shipping or freight forwarding business (Telesales or Customer Service) • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to influence and build relationships • Good command in English • Have good Teamwork, Commitment, Customer focus 2.
