1. Looking after Key Accounts
2. Target - Make sure all company targets are met
3. Planning - Annual Business Plan, Quarterly forecast and last estimates
4. Maintain good relationship with current and new key account customers
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and requirements
6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling and appointments
7. Visit potential key account customers for generating new business
8. Provide customers with quotations/Presentation on products
9. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deal
10. Represent your organization at trade exhibitions,and events
11. Record sales and send copies to the sales office and reporting
12. To lead and coach sales staff in selling and problem solving techniques.
13. To monitor budget unitization to align with budget plan and all activities within assigned areas.
